Description

The following are global configurations that must be manually configured on your site.

Configure Site Details

  1. Select Configuration
  2. In the System section, select Basic Site Settings
  3. Enter/update:
    1. Site name
    2. Parent Organization
    3. Parent Organization Website
    4. Email address
    5. Do not alter any other fields
  4. Select Save Configuration

Configure Footer Contact/Location Info

  1. Select Configuration
  2. In the KU Settings section, select KU Site Settings
  3. Enter/update:
    1. Email
    2. Phone Number
    3. Location
    4. Street
    5. City
    6. State
    7. Zip code
    8. Bus Routes
  4. Select Save Configuration

Configure Footer Social Media

  1. Select Configuration
  2. In KU Settings section, select Social Media
  3. Enter/update:
    1. Facebook URL
    2. Instagram URL
    3. Linkedin URL
    4. YouTube URL
    5. Twitter URL
    6. Pinterest URL
  4. Select Save Configuration

NOTE: Clear the text from any social media configuration that your unit or department do not use.

Do not alter any other fields

Configure Footer Color

  1. Select Appearance
  2. Select the Settings tab
  3. Select Sunflower
  4. Select preferred Footer Background Color:
    1. Night
    2. KU Blue
    3. White
  5. Select Save Configuration
