Where Can You Use This Section?

The section is available in the following templates and content types:

Content types

• Kitchen Sink

Adding to a new Content or Landing Page

1. Enter the News Headline
2. If using an All News button, enter the URL and Link text
3. Select Featured news articles only or All news articles
4. Enter the Events Headline
5. Enter the Localist code

To get the Localist code

1. Go to the KU Calendar
2. Select the three dot ellipses to the right of the Filter Results button
3. Select the Widget builder
4. Under Template select Body 19 - News and Events
5. Configure other options as desired
6. Select the Generate Embed Code button to the bottom of the page
7. Copy the embed code
8. Paste it into the Enter the Localist code field

Removing a Section

To permanently remove a section from a page:

1. Select the vertical ellipsis to the right of the Edit button at the top-right of your section, select Remove
   View ScreenshotSelect the vertical ellipsis to the right of the Edit button at the top-right of your section, select Remove
2. Select Save at the bottom left of the form
