Staff Fellows seek staff members for focus groups

LAWRENCE — The 2026 cohort of KU Staff Fellows is seeking participants for focus groups this spring to evaluate staff perceptions of staff appreciation and recognition opportunities on campus.

Members of the Staff Fellows cohort will host a series of focus group conversations between April 20 and May 1. All KU staff are invited to participate to share their thoughts on staff appreciation and recognition. They will be asked to provide insight into what is going well, what is missing the mark and areas of improvement moving forward. All conversations will be kept confidential.

Information collected during these focus groups will be compiled and included in the Staff Fellows presentation to the chancellor and administrative leaders in May.

Employees interested in participating in an upcoming focus group should complete the Staff Appreciation Conversations Interest Form by April 8.
